Saying I need a pre-order code for early access as a Legacy player.

Err, Legacy servers are for all players who played V1, not just legacy players. The legacy icon mentioned above is found on your service account page

Well maybe I'm not a Legacy player then. I'm wondering how I actually got into the closed beta though when I didn't apply for it? I figured since I was a legacy player, it was the reason I got in.

Where it says "Add a service account", for me it just says "Code registration currently unavailable." So I'm not sure if that makes on a difference on why it may not say Legacy? Any other legacy players here able to confirm? Is there any other way to confirm you were a legacy player?

All 1.0 players got into closed beta regardless of legacy status from Phase 3.
Phase 1-2 was mostly Legacy.

If you don't have the Legacy icon, you don't have Legacy status and can only participate in Early Access if you pre-order.
That only matters if you insist on playing during Early Access though as you will be able to play from the 27th without buying anything.

Some places may sell early access codes separately though I don't know how OK that is...

Hmmm this is all really bad news I guess. I thought I was a Legacy player for sure.

So when the 27th comes around, I will be able to play the game without having the purchase ARR? I would just have to set up a payment option I'm assuming and I wouldn't get that free month?

I had recorded some of my gameplay as well, so I'm going to go back and check to see if on my character creation screen, if I had that legacy icon during phase 4. I don't think I did though or else I would have remembered it. Waiting 3 more days isn't a huge deal I suppose if I don't have to buy the game again.

thanks for uploading that picture. I'm not a legacy player for sure then. Was really hoping for that cheaper subscription too! I'm looking at my payment history and I've gone for at least 4 consecutive months playing the game in 2011 I think it was. I guess it may have been free to play at the time or had just switched over to pay to play. I do remember having to pay a monthly sub though.
