    Are players with Invalid PS3 codes just gonna be ignored?

    This is incredibly frustrating. It's been over 48hours for the open ticket. I tried contacting chat support, waited for 2 hours and all I got was a message saying there were no agents available and to contact through email.

    On top of that, the issue was "acknowledged" through twitter and it hasn't been updated ever since. The redeem website keeps updating and yet no mention on a fix for this issue.

    I'm talking physical purchase here not PSN. The website to redeem codes spitted out European codes even if you were NA

    I'd been hoping the PSN maintenance would fix this issue, but it apparently hasn't. This is really frustrating. I was hoping to get the download started tonight, but that looks like it won't be happening.
