Pre-order in PS Store, now get "No valid or active service account" in PS3 launcher.

I have pre-ordered the game in US PS Store (Collector Edition) and in my PSN account service told that have an Early Access.



Now, I updated the game Launcher on PS3 and log in my Square-Enix account.
After logging in it appear an User Agreement, so I click accept and click next.
Then it shows the massage "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn."



My account isn't 1.0 account and have played beta phase 3-4.

I asked my friends that also pre-orderd the game in PS Store, someone have this issue same as me, but someone don't.

They can add service option (Early access and ingame option) normaly and can see the message "Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game."

What's wrong with my account or my pre-order?

I also played P3-P4 and am non 1.0. My account is showing the same thing, but PSN has early access listed on the account and SE apparently confirmed with another player that early access is already linked to the digital download and that no further action was necessary. If I had to guess, and seeing as how the launcher has only been up for a few hours, they are loading up their systems one item at a time.
We probably won't be able to participate until Mog Station is up and running, which will probably be done today or tomorrow. SE is guilty of not anticipating the thousands of questions they are being bombarded with, but it does look like they have most things under control.

Bottom Line:
The Lodestone (which is currently redirecting here from the link at the top of the forum) and Mog Station are not available yet, so I would wait for those to green light before panicking.

Same error here, i have the pc early access and ps3 early access, on the pc everything it's fine, but when i try the open the client and login on the ps3 , says no valid or active service account, and i have the early access under account manament.

Same here I went to enter my code got the same error. Do you have to uninstall beta phase 4 from the PS3 first?

Most likely it's because the servers aren't live yet. Much like the beta, your PS3 will most likely update your SE account when you log into the client for early access.

Nothing to worry about.

That thread isn't totally same. They got early access of PS3 and can log in successfully on PS3, but have an issue on PC. And their account is 1.0 account.
But my issue is about "PS3 only". Never played on PC and not 1.0 account.

Anyway, I feel better when I knew that there're other people have the same issue with me.

Im legacy and was able to get the PC version up and running just fine. I bought this off the PSN store im getting the same things as well.
