No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Re

Hello.
I bought an PS3 pre order on PSN, and in my service account(PSN) I can see my early access guaranteed.

But I am an version 1.0 player too, and when I log-in today on my PS3 client they said: "wait until early access", but when a log-in in my PC client they show-me this error:



anyone have the same issue?

Although I only have a 1.0 account I get the same message. Wonder how they want us to do a "proper" registration with no key. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

1) To use PC client you need to have the Windows version registered to the service account.
2) It's possible that users with 1.0 but not legacy and no PS3 version or other pre-order registration done for ARR cannot log in until launch.
3) For 1.0 owners (non-legacy) that register the pre-order bonus on PS3... may be that you can only do early access on PS3?

Same issue here.

I have a 1.0 account (not legacy status), and I successfully registered and patched my PS3 client less than an hour ago. In doing so, I linked my PSN account with my Square-Enix account, and since it showed me one of my characters that was made during beta 4 ON THE PC VERSION, I know it was the correct account being linked.

Am I to assume the early access status that the PS3 pre-order conveyed will eventually (at some random point in time) migrate to the 1.0 service account to which it is linked? Any idea how long that process might take?

Customers don't mind waiting, but the NOT KNOWING is very unhelpful and counter-productive.

Same issue here. I was able to fully update my ps3 client with EA
But not my 1.0 CE client. I hope I'm not forced to EA on my ps3

I suppose it could be worse... but I really only planned to use the PS3 for nice relaxing harvesting and crafting in the comfy chair, rather than all the mad scrambling around that usually comes with early access.

Same issue here. Originally, a 1.0 CE (non-legacy) player. Just purchased the preorder from PSN.

I have my PSN linked to my SE account. So I'm assuming that once early access starts, you'll login to your account on the PS3 and that will enable early access for your PC client, as well.

I really hope they are able to address this issue quick. The time from now till EA is closing very quickly!
