In an effort to help alleviate some of the heavy flow, going into the chat and email system,
here are some steps to make it easier and expedite the process for them and us.

Foremost: Make sure that you have applied to the beta:

If you have done that, are eligible and just have not received your code:

Chat/Email support:

Then fill out the fields using the following information:

• Contact Category: Accounts/ID
• Contact Sub Category: Registration Code
• Contact Details: Blocked Phase 3 Beta Test Invite

Click "Next" (you will need to log into your Square Enix account) to proceed to "Email Support". In the Detailed Condition field, simply provide the following information:

• Registered Email Address (if different than what was entered in Contact Email Address field)
• Square Enix ID

The Support Center agents will then review your ticket and Square Enix account information and if you are confirmed a beta recipient, they will reply with your Beta Test key and instructions on how to register it.

I am sincerely not aware of it being an issue but if it is, I will remove it immediately.
