See, everything eventually works itself out. Albeit slowly, lol. Yes, customer service is horribly lacking in SE. But it's there. You just have to throw a net and hope to catch them.

wahoo...finally figured out how to do the online chat thing...waited for about an hour...withing 2 seconds had a beta code. While registering my beta code to my square enix account I did notice something though. For some reason my two ingame special items - onion helm and asurian armguards are registered to my beta 1.0 account, not my legacy account. Does anybody know if I'm able to get those items registered back to my legacy account?
