Hey Solace and everyone else,
I just got out of the chat support and had to await about an hour long. However, I was able to get a code directly from online chat support using the link provided by Solace.
The representative said they have been having issues with Hotmail account holders. As a result, this is essentially why me and many others here who are using Hotmail have not received any codes to this date. Having said that, I would advise all of you to contact them directly either through their live chat support or by phoning them to solve this rather than waiting for your support tickets to be resolved. The representative who helped me was helpful and awesome.
After this fiasco, I might just change my primary email to my gmail account to be on the safe side in the future.
