    Monopolies produce socially inefficient outcomes. Our telecom companies have monopolies on IT infrastructure, and as a result have no incentive to improve said infrastructure.

    well the USA had the unbreakable infrastructure its a giant mesh network(look it up) where do you think it was made? if your internet sucks because your either cheap or or ISP is ripping you off throttling the hell out of you and they all do it.

    the internet is FREE but your paying some middle man to connect to it from there servers. WWW ment something else in the 50's
