But yeah, I think something like this would have to go into effect. It's a great system that's been worked into so many other FF titles, and it could still be "unique" in a MMO sense. Now, I just pasted that because it really caught my eye and I think it could use some tweaking. For instance DRK would have to be a MDR/THM combo. I have no idea how they would do RDM or BRD. I mean not every job would have to be a combination of two jobs either, for instance getting PUG to 20 would allow you to go to either Thief or Monk. I'm also on the idea that 30 is too high of a rank to begin switching, 20 should be about the "advance job" point. It gives you the time to become adjusted to the game but not have to dedicate to any one play style. But I'm just a player, I'm giving my two cents and hoping the dev's read your awesome thread
