Question for DEV Servers in ARR?

The current servers aren't changing. No current server is going anywhere. New servers will be added in each region. Unfortunately, it was officially stated that current players would not be able to immediately move to these servers- they would be open for new character creation only at launch.

The new servers that existing players cannot move to are only the fresh-start servers that will not have existing economies. Just wanted to clarify that.

We haven't made any specific announcements regarding the servers, locations, or specifics about world transfers (besides Rukkirii's post here) at this time. As soon as we have more information to share, we will!

I'm not sure this can be said enough times before everyone gets it.

I don't wanna be pushy, but the only realistic chance for many linkshells to discuss a serverchange is while the servers are still running. But for that, they need more information. It would be sad to see linkshells falling apart because the info about the new servers is being released too late.

If everything looks right... I believe they said that at launch we will not be able to transfer to new servers... even if they are regional or not..

What we have to do is wait the few months till they open server transfer and then when that happens is when we can choice what server we want to go to...

I want to switch on an EU server at release. It will be really stupid if current player can't switch on server in their region.

But i can expect everything from SE :S
