Thread: Teach me to make money!

Could I get some advise on making money other than crafting? I'm really bad at making money, and I don't have the patience to craft.

I've been doing skirmish in the morning. Getting 8 players their drops takes about 3 hours.
So its about 1-2 mil every 3 hours.

I used to spirit bond and one time I made 10 mil, but lately I've only been making my money back, maybe a little profit. But it seems too flakey to make a steady income.

I have a miner 50 but I have no idea what I should be doing with it.
I don't really mine HQ ores very often it seems. I read in BG that perception makes no difference, maybe I should stack VIT? Not even sure if the return on that is any good.

So yeah, any advise please? My jobs available are all DOM and DOW, miner 50, no crafts.

teach me how to make 10mil in 1 spirit bond >.> ive done plenty and i almost always barely profit. one time i did get a 7 figure materia.. but it was something i accidentally SB'd while fishing

well that time I grabbed 10 of each item.
l ring, r ring, head, hands, belt, weapon + sb gear

Gathering works too, but with the game going down soon, I wonder if people are actually still buying stuff. I haven't played since the Atomos event came out so I couldn't tell you.

Pick up a pickaxe and start mining. Everything you get, sell it. Eventually you'll get high enough to mine more expensive ores and sell them.

I'm a miner 50. I tried once farming dark steel ores for a few hours and I was not seeing the profit my friends claim to have.

Did they tell you how long they mined? lol

Cobalt and Electrum, especially HQs is where the money is at. Of course I don't know what kind of expectations you have. You're not going to make 10mil in one day.

perception does help, and at 50 you stack mnd and set your "master of ____" skills
