Um its not hard to make gil but if you dont know by now how to do it I wont tell you. Its common sense on how to make gil but Ill let you figure that out on your own.

buy low, sell high.

Case in point: there are still many people who sell things on the market wards lower than what they NPC for. It requires having some funds to begin with, but if you know what the npc selling price is, you can buy out these player's stocks, then either npc them, or attempt to sell them at a higher price. Either way, you only gain.
