No Arrows in ARR?!

The cost isn't the issue, it's the fact that, short of leeching, one cannot level ARC without constantly spending gil. Other jobs do not require this.

If other jobs doesn't want to be gimped yes they do constantly spend gil, also 999 arrows lasts a fair bit so you're not "constantly spending gil" unless your party is so gimped (because of no one else spending gil) that battles lasts to the point you're expending up to 100 per battle, yeah you have problems.

Though I can see what you mean, in a world of powerleveling one does not spend a single gil outside of weapons.
