Problem with content in this game is if you miss the boat you're screwed. You either get it done when it's released or you don't get it done without a lot of begging. I missed the boat with hamlet seals and now I'm screwed for relics because it's too much effort to put 7 other people through a week of horrible drop rates for no reward. Only way forward now is to spend about 50 million becoming top provisioner in each area to get it done in the space of hours.
