Fighting Atomos~

The NPCs to which you turn in the clusters / crystals have been re added. Please refer to this post for more information.

Atomos is now fightable at the following locations.

• Camp Brittlebark, Mor Dhona
• Camp Revenant's Toll, Mor Dhona
• Camp Ever Lakes, Coerthas Central Lowlands
• Camp Glory, Coerthas Eastern Lowlands
• Camp Bluefog, Northern Thanalan

Trying to compilate information so far~

• Atomos can spawn at the above location and can be attacked.
  
• 

  Atomos pops @ 6:00 and 12:00 for Blue Aetheryte Camps, 18:00 and 0:00 for Red Aetheryte Camps w/ him fightable.
  -Blue camps need to be confirmed as they've been spotted pop'ing at other times as well.
  
  
• 

  Killing it makes a clickable Voidstone on the world, gives you the new cluster item and 20 achievement points.
• 

  Killed @ Bluefog on Durandal, voidstone pops for everyone (doesn't matter who claimed Atomos for the voidstone, dunno if there's a lodestone history thing because we didn't get claim) to get your overaspected cluster and achievement. Essentially it's a DPS race.
• Occasionally when teleporting to another camp for the current Atomos pops he will 'run' away so to speak. I'm not sure what this is caused by or why he does so, but sometimes when porting into a camp if Atomos is not present that doesn't always mean he's been killed. Best give away is if the special mobs are still lurking around the camp. Or if the Voidstone is on the ground @the camp to confirm death.
  -When he runs he will always run to the same place.
  -Atomos has a NM special symbol on the mini map for ease of finding.
  -If there is no special NM symbol on the mini map a green NPC dot will appear for where the Voidstone is placed on the ground.
  
  

  
  
  Those are the running paths for Atomos at Glory and Everlakes. He makes 2 stops, so if you go to a camp and there is no atomos or rock there, run to the first dot, then the second. If both are empty then you missed that location totally.
  

  For Blue Fog Atomos runs towards Cutter's Cry.
  For Ever Lakes Atomos runs towards Aurum Vale.
  For Brittlebark he runs southwest from the crystal through the little crevice and continues westward.
  
  I can confirm these 3.
  

  Glory he will move southwards. Down the way.
• This is the Voidstone you'll be looking for, most times it gets covered by people. Best method in targeting is face away from the camp's NPCs and spam target NPC (default is F12)
  
  

  
• The mobs that Atomos spawns other monsters that are bigger in size that can drop Over-aspected Crystals which can now be turned into your corresponding GC company at these following locations for 1k seals per 4 crystal, 3k seals per cluster.
  
  

  I got Haste for 30 mins. other people got 5 crystals other peopel got 20 animas. 3k per cluster.... 4 crystals for 1000
• 

  Rewards I've seen for examing the Voidstone while already having an Over-Aspected Cluster
  
  - 20 anima
  - 40 anima
  - 3 or 5 Over-Aspected Crystals *Updated see below
  - 30 Min. Quick
  - 1.5 Min. Heavy
  
  
  

  So from what I've found so far since the change:
  
  Cluster is no longer 100% (As others have mentioned)
  Crystals seem to drop in clumps of 5 or 7 now instead of 3 or 5 (Has anyone gotten 3 since change nobody I've spoken to has yet but thats not many so could be wrong)
  Atomos seems Stronger and Has more HP
  Cluster hand in is still 3k (I had one from before maint just so I could instantly check if/on the nerf)
  Crystals still 1k
  
  
  **Confrimed Swiftness: 30mins (Faster than a swiftsong but slightly slower than a chocobo. Persists through mob agro/attack. Will wear upon 30minutes or death. *'-')/ Thank you Molic Evac, Drakko Valentine, & Janky Bum for confirm.

  This is the rarest "reward" if you already have a Cluster:
  
  The area around you suddenly appears warped and distorted...
  Your screen will go black for a second, and you'll be moved back a bit from the Voidstone. And you'll get 5 crystals.

Atmos Regens

A LS mate claimed that members who died to him would return his HP. Unsure if it was just a regen though.

New Seasonal Events Achievements:

Chock-full of Elemental Goodness
Obtain an over-aspected cluster
Title reward: "Crystal Bearer"

^ Possible atomos drop or a rare drop from the new mobs.

Atomos wiped us with an AoE move that did about 2,700 damage. Normal mobs are pretty easy to duo/trio but will despawn quickly. They're also incredibly slow-moving. Deepvoid Pikesman appear to be in groups of two that share claim. Deepvoid Watcher was on its own.
