North American Datacenter Ongoing Issues

Alright SE, enough is enough.

This has been over two months of ongoing issues in one form or another. It began in November 2025 with DDoS attacks hitting the NA datacenters, affecting the connection to the Crystal DC primarily. This was claimed to be fixed, yet day after day the problem continues, and is only getting worse. Add onto those issues the instanced server problems being reported, coupled with the backup data servers running into issues, and you have a trifecta of problems that are just compounding one on top of the other. Today along (1/6/2026) the connection has gone down 22 times running from 12:01AM to just 7:00PM CST.

It's time you make good with your players. Their ability to enjoy the game they have invested on a monthly basis on, which should normally guarantee swift and decisive response to these sorts of issues, has been completely compromised. Players have invested time, energy, and hard-earned cash into a game they enjoy only to have it drop out nearly every 45 minutes.

Perhaps it's time to consider some form of reconciliation, if only to say 'We know you're upset about this. You can't enjoy what it is you are paying for, so let's make it right.' Paying players deserve at least that much at this point.
