Would You Sacrifice Your House for a Mansion-Sized Apartment?

Pretty straightforward question.

Houses give you neighborhoods and places to convene, as well as gardens, but would you give it all away to have a mansion-sized apartment and no longer be bound to the housing timer?

I thought this would be a fun discussion in terms of what exactly people want most in a housing experience.

I wouldn't mind a S house if I could have a Large yard for all my event furnishing.

Although in this case I wouldn't trade it since I still like the yard out of everything else, and I can't have that in the apt, which I already own one before I got my house.

I would not. I enjoy having a yard. It's the main driver for me to have a house. And because of gardening. I just like having a pretty yard to sit in.

I can see the appeal of this for those that would take breaks that could be months long without worry of logging in. Since my mains own a personal mansion, I wouldn't when the yard is one of the biggest reasons I wanted a ward plot along with having neighbors. However, if I had a small plot, it would be very tempting but having a yard is also a major plus of housing since I regularly hangout with friends in them at least once a week at both my homes. I love decorating my yard and having a pretty garden to hangout in. Here are some screenshots of my yards from both my personal homes to drive my point.

Outside of gardening, and the ability to decorate an exterior, it offers next to nothing..

Being able to say... Convene in the garden, or 'neighborhood feel', for example... Are both things that on paper are really attractive, but really these two occur so, so rarely, that in my perspective it really doesn't matter.

Not really, I feel that if you are away from the game for 6 weeks you wont want to come back so I'd rather have the garden. I have my dream plot and it will be gone in 5 weeks but I don't see this game ever recovering to a point where I'll want to come back.

I like my yard and don't want a house bigger than a small.

I think it would be cool to be able to make apartments big on the inside though.
