    Error 30002 after reactivating account.

    After seeing the changes done to the game, I decided to reactivate my account. I was on Rabanastre before the merger with Durandal and I may have been logged out in a market ward. Reinstalled, deleted folders, registry cleaner, port forwarding and everything else I found on support posts and recommendations from customer support.

    I created another character and can log in with that one on my computer, I cannot log in with the original from a friends computer either. So at this point its obviously a game side issue. I had a ticket created and a dev ticket (or at least a confirmation number for one, I think). It has only been 2 weeks and based on a similar issue others have posted I'm hoping it won't take months to fix, or forced to wait for 2.0 and miss out on a lot of in game content.

    After today's call I was given a few extra bits of information, "character corruption" and "ticket is in progress" was mentioned by a CS manager. Posting Lusavari's threads also, maybe get some cross-thread love or at least a fix for both our tickets.

    I'm not sure, my character does show Durandal on the login screen and through all of SE's sites. I cancelled my sub on Dec 31st and reactivated it on July 9th, that's coming up on 3 weeks. Not as bad as Lusavari by a long shot, just difficult to understand with a game that has to have backups done.

    No. Our characters should have been transferred. Mine says Hyperion. But the server merge is the only thing I can think of that caused this.
