Cannot Connect to game, Error (30002) 1337275452,6470148,5

I recently reactivated one of my characters, but I cannot log in as him. I can only log in as my other 3 characters who are only active thanks to the welcome back campaign. (The only reason why I'm even able to post on the forums =/) Whenever I try to log him in, I get the error 30002 in the title. I've tried logging in from multiple computers, and I can only log in my other 3, not the one I'm having an issue with.

I originally e-mailed Tech support, and they asked me to disable all my computer start up functions, particularly my anti-virus and firewall. That did nothing. I've called tech support, and they had me reconfigure my router, which yielded no results. Then they had me call my ISP (Insight Broadband) and make sure there were no issues connecting to servers in Japan, to which they said there was no issue. They also sent some technicians to the house and fixed any issues I did have. I called tech support again and they told me to go into the user folder in FFXIV and delete all the information and restart my computer. I still cannot log into my character.

Tech support told me that I had run through their complete list of options on what to do, and they asked I post on the forums in tech support about it and post as much info as possible.

I've had this issue for about 12 days now. My other 3 characters work fine, but I'm scared to take them anywhere near Western Thanalan, which is where poor Lusavari sits unable to be logged back in. Presently I'm trying to log in using Insight Broadband service in South-central Kentucky, but the last time he was logged in successfully was on Michigan State University's internet (which I think is provided by Comcast) back in January. I let my accounts expire because as a Grad student, I wasn't going to have any time to play online games during the semester. I have since reactivated 1 account for the summer, however, that account is not functioning.

There any fix for this yet? Does this only happen to people that are wireless by chance?

No. I'm hard jacked in. I'm not using wireless. This happens across multiple computers and being a grad student, I've been afforded the luxury of attempting from both Michigan and Kentucky, so it's not a router problem. The problem is consistent no matter where I am.

I make a point to attempt to login on the character too about everyday. What's most irritating is it's my main character who I put a lot of actual work into... And I'd like to get him the promotional things he's missing like the Goobue.
