Unable to purchase additional retainers on the Mogstation

Hello,

I have been trying to add additional retainers to my account using the mogstation website but when I select my desired amount of retainers from the drop-down and select next, it just loops me back to the same page. I've done this over and over, deleted cookies, restarted the browser and tried again and it still does not work. My payment method is selected and everything, I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Having a similar issue. Trying to reactivate an account, but once I get to the screen to select subscription and payment frequency, the site will not progress to payment. It just refreshes on the same page.

Since your issue is with the website not functioning as it should, I would make a thread in this forum here: https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forums/664 as it is for website related bugs which include the MogStation.
