Glam to gender-unlock/make dyeable in Dawntrail?

Early on in Endwalker, it seemed like the dev team was working really hard on gender-unlocking previously restricted gear, and even made some undyeable achievement glams dyeable, but they slowed down quite a bit as the patches went on; part of me wonders if that's because of the graphical updates and, more importantly, the 2-dye system coming up in Dawntrail, and the amount of work being shifted to prioritize that.

If so, I feel like there's a possibility they might return to gender-unlocking and adding dye options to older glam once Dawntrail releases. Personally, I'm hoping they'll gender-unlock the Makai sets and Thancred's HW attire (and his hair tbh, but that's a whole different can of worms) and make the Field Commander's set and the Thavnairian Ribbon dyeable. There's also a lot more I would like, but those are at the top of my list.

I don't have much more to add, I just wanted to put it out there that there's still a demand for it and maybe the devs will see it, who knows.

I do not have the words to express how much I want Krile's attire to be gender neutral. There is no reason for a cat hoodie to be female only.

Having a dyeable version of either the Thavnairian Ribbon or the smaller Red Ribbon would be a gamechanger.

The genderlocked items I would love to use the most are some of the ones that change appearance based on which gender equips it. Sadly those may be trickier to correct than the separate items. I've had a thread going about the subject for a while, please lend you support!

Oh god, I would LOVE to be able to wear the male Summer Sunset pants or the male Type-51 gear, I'm mad about those every single day! I didn't bring that up here because I didn't want to bloat this thread too much, this was mostly just me dropping the idea of the devs possibly picking the gender-unlocking and such back up when they no longer have the hurdles of the graphics and dyeing updates on their plates, but I do also desperately wish that they'd somehow add a "change gender of glam piece" toggle to pieces like that.

literally everything. gender locking NEEDs to stop. race locking also is a huge issue nobody talkks about. so many nice male viera hair i cant get cause its race locked

literally everything. gender locking NEEDs to stop. race locking also is a huge issue nobody talkks about. so many nice male viera hair i cant get cause its race locked

God, don't get me started on the Hempen Camise/Pantalettes/Undershirt/etc. deal, it upsets me every time I see a player of another race with a cool chestpiece or bottoms and then it morphs into something completely different on my character.
