Typo in Samurai quest "Tears in the Snow"

There appears to be a typo in the introductory dialogue for the quest "Tears in the Snow". The final text box states:

Heartrending as this rumor is, rumors are no basis for punishment. We must
ascertain the truth of the matter. Let us begin by making inquiries of the
couple in the Bloom.

I think "the Bloom" is supposed to be "the Brume", given all other spellings in this dialog reference it correctly as "the Brume".

Supposed to be, yes. However, our dear samurai tutor does have this tendency to mangle Eorzean names, placenames in particular, into strangeness.
So it would be perfectly in character for him to say "the Bloom" when he refers to the Brume.

This is not an error and was done for character. Musosai is a Hingan speaker trying to pronounce an Eorzean name. Effectively, he's trying to pronounce English names with Japanese phonology. He will make several other pronunciation mistakes throughout the SAM quests.

It's a good idea to search for what you think is an error before posting about it, especially something from content that is that old (SAM was introduced in Stormblood, over 6 years ago). Someone else incorrectly identified this as an error last year (Thread: Typo in NPC dialogue in Lvl 58 Samurai job quest "Tears' in the Snow).
