Typo in NPC dialogue in Lvl 58 Samurai job quest "Tears' in the Snow

Location: Ishgard, Foundation 13.4X, 12.4y

The final line of dialogue upon accepting the quest is spoken by Musosa and reads:

"Heartrending as this rumor is, rumors are no basis for punishment. We must ascertain the truth of the matter. Let us begin by making inquiries of the couple in the Bloom."

I have bolded what I believe to be the issue. The next step of the quest directs me to "Gather information in the Brume." and the orange circles for the quest are in the Brume. As such I beliee the text should read "the Brume" and not "the Bloom".

Musosai mangles place names on a regular basis (despite having no issue with English overall). I'm sure you would have come across several before this one.

As Iscah said, this is not an error. His primary language is most likely Hingan, and when he says "Brume" it is purposefully spelled "Bloom" to indicate that he is mispronouncing it.
