I think I speak for a lot of people when I say we love this game, but aren't sure if we're on the same page with the Devs and if the Devs even understand us directly.

I also want to say that recently at the NA Fan Fest, The NA Commnity Manager was there helping with the Event. I would also like to know if Matt Hilton will Remain Inactive or Return to his Position or if they'll hire more Community Managers for NA. Or If Tasha Pays attention to the NA Forums or if thats even their Job.

The feedback they listen to is upvotes on the forums. I have said this many times, but the NA forums is allergic to using it for anything other than "burns" and memes. Feedback on Youtube and Reddit, where most of the organized discussion happens to be, doesn't apply to their official feedback locations.

I suspect this happens often. Japanese language and culture has strict rules for politeness and rank hierarchy and things are almost certainly getting lost in translation. For example, having to reword feedback from English speakers in ways that sound uncertain because to state things as plain fact may be considered rude in Japanese might not represent problems with their actual urgency or magnitude. Or even if the English speaking player base all agrees "X is definitely a problem. Solution Y would fix it", in Japanese it might be, "well, X might be a problem, maybe? In regards to solutions, Y might work, but maybe we should also look at other solutions?" "Oh that doesn't sound too serious? Is it really a problem? Let's just wait and see."

Yep. A lot of us are European, not American and that in itself accounts for significant cultural differences and varying personal tastes. I'd actually quite like regional forums so issues exclusive to specific regions can more properly be addressed but I doubt the forum is ever going to receive any revamps or changes.
