You can stay away with that idea lmao, that's the level these jobs start at, I aint paying to get a "level up", either via gil or mog station or even an item, it's fine the way it is, just make an alt.

Honestly not even needed to make an alt. All parts of the leveling experience sync them down anyway so if they really wanted to they could just run low level dungeons in order or run early PotD. Job quests are also replayable.
