Joined the forums just to add to this thread. Brooklyn/Optimum customer here. Haven't been able to connect since yesterday morning around 7am (either 2002 or 10105 errors). I had two tickets with support yesterday and a long call with Optimum, end result was Square telling me to submit a bug report. I'm not a candidate for VPN as I'm a PS5 player but in the meantime I started a new character in Light which works just fine. Hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks so much to all of you who traced and posted the results to get this resolved sooner!
