Recent lag since May 9th maintenance

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I know this has nothing to do with my rig, nor my internet, as this hasn't before been an issue until the recent Maintenance and I have no issues when playing other games. Ever since the recent Maintenance, myself and a lot of others playing the game have been experiencing lag and severe delays while playing content in the game. For me personally, it only happens when I queue into content, and not so much the world itself. It is always when I am going into dungeons, raids, deep dungeons, alliance raids, trials, or any other content I need to load into. Running through cities or zones does not see this happening. It is so bad with the delays it has made the game unplayable, yet I am not seeing anything about this from FFXIV and if there is a potential fix coming up to address the issue. I do play through steam, so I'm not sure if this is on their end, or if there is something going on through the servers themselves. Whatever the issue, I just wanted to bring it up in hopes that someone will see this and come up with a fix.
