    According to the thread on the tech forums and responses some of us have gotten, ATT and NTT are aware and working on the problem.

    If it's not hard down and isn't causing issues for more people ISPs will put it off. Latency really only effects gamers and we're a small subset of the playerbase.

    Yeah this is the worst possible scenario. Its a 6-15% packet loss meaning things are just laggy but they still work. It's incredibly rubber-bandy in XIV. So no, they are not getting flooded with calls because most people won't even notice it. I'll be shocked if anyone cares over there.

    is it EVERYONE?
    A region?
    A particular provider?
