I would like to know if it is possible to sell a free company with an exchange in gil, directly in the game by opening a party finder, or if it is an offense for which one can be banned from the game

You can sell your FC ingame for gil, it is not against tos, though charging an unreasonable high amount could be reportable.

If you want to sell the house via PF you could charge the price for the house (50 mil. for a L house) + furniture + submarines + airships + fee for decorating + fee for fc currency/ fc level for example.

I would like to explain why I am selling a free company, a friend of mine quits the game and wants to give me her fc but as long as I have one of my own we cannot make this transaction and therefore I would like to sell mine so that my friend will return one day to play I return his fc, for me it is not important to lose mine even if I spent time and money on it, so I would like to sell mine to get some gil and at the same time keep his fc alive, this is ' the only reason
