Player choice: Choices that actually affect the story.
Overworld: Stronger enemies. I never feel in danger or have to be strategic. Also the overworld is very bland and empty. Fates/events should reflect the issue at hand. IE maybe sometimes Camp Broken Glass gets taken over by a fate of attacking garleans and big bad NMs show up as a result of a fate chain.
Housing: Characters that you've interacted with visit/show up at your house.
Questing: Like a player being able to choose what characters to take into a solo dungeon, it would be nice if maybe while questing I could have a favourite character alongside with me instead of a chocobo that I never use.
Mechanics: Creativity > 1 hit KO if you blink.

Remove job restrictions from gear when used as glamour (except for artifact gear and weapons, obviously). Come on, it's 2023 and glamour is the real endgame.

Add proper instanced housing to Island Sanctuary. Whoever wants a house should be able to get one without a silly RNG game, period.

Make skill combos (PvP, RDM, SMN, etc) optional at the game settings. Some of us like to press many buttons. Some don't. So make it optional and everyone's happy.

Oh... Dialogue options based on jobs you've leveled to cap before expansion. Like if one of the jobs you capped was DRK you have a Fray like option in the dialogue choices in cutscenes and such. >.>

Raids Voice Acting: We had this for Coils, and we should have it for new raids. Triangle Strategy has everything VA'd. We should at least have our raids voiced.

Curse you for reminding me of Alisaie's ARR voice. Only one I miss is ARR!Merlwyb. Knight-Commander Meredith is awesome. Oh, and also ARR!Hydaelyn. She sounded more matronly. HW!Hydaelyn and beyond sounds like a 20-something. Venat doesn't deserve the woes of being a young single mother, who was the bastard who did it?!

Fem midlanders run animation look like princesses running away from those villains with the curl moustache. The ones that need update so badly are the elezens and au ras, yes even fem au ra who run like Coco Bandicoot.

No, remove job restrictions from every gear when used as glamour, including Artifact gear, Mirage set looks absolutely amazing and I never get to use it because as much as I like BLU, I am forced to admit I spend substantially more time playing as anything but BLU, I don't even have a choice on the matter.
