    Sage has failed to live up to the fantasy of a sci-fi DPS healer. Please change this for 8.0. Make Sage fast, exciting, and aggressive. It should feel like a healer that plays like a DPS. Empower the aspects of Sage's unique healing mechanics: Kardia and Eukrasia to give its healing playstyle more identity.

    The one thing I want most is to make filler rotations more interesting.

    Most jobs have every ounce of fun/complexity shoved into 1-2 minute burst windows. DRK and NIN are especially eggregious with this. Give us more to do when we aren't bursting besides spamming 123 (sometimes 124) and spending guage.

    The filler rotation takes up the majority of the job's rotation. It doesn't matter how fun the bursts are if I'm falling asleep for 80% of the fight.

    And please stop trying to compensate for this by bloating fight mechanics with debuff vommit and body checks. Stricter mechanics don't make up for boring jobs. Well designed jobs are what make fight mechanics truly shine.

    My feedback is simple:

    Give me Sage as a DPS. I want to be a Gundam. I want to say “FLY MY FANGS!”

    I started as a tank… I DPS now. I enjoy healing (not SGE too much but especially SCH!). But I want to fight with my funnels and have more than just a few attacks with them…

    The way of Amuro, of Setsuna, even of Kira calls to me.
