Yeah support is always useless.

it is just the fact, that SE has not said anything about what is going on AND support is saying it is not an issue on the game's side. It clearly an issue on their side but as with a lot of things, SE doesn't want to admit fault. At least that is what it feels like to me.

So I was finally able to get back in and did a few things in game for 3-4hrs... but then I made the mistake of visiting my retainers. Immediate disconnect. Back into 90002 purgatory on Primal. Fun start to my birthday.

So, I contacted support. They went from telling me it is my ISP, anti-virus, or firewall to telling me that because I was 'improperly disconnected' the server thinks I am still logged in and that is why I can't. But, that can't be the reason because I can log the toon onto another DC just fine. Also, if that was the case, I couldn't log into any toon. I had that happen years ago and until the server realise I was logged out, none of my toons could log in. Right now, one can't log into any server on their home DC (primal) but can go to another DC and log in. The rest can log into Primal just fine. so yeah.......

So, update, they told me that there is nothing they can do and to try to log in later. They also said if the issue persists, to make a bug report on here.......

new update: I was given the number for phone support and told to call them in the morning with the support ticket number they gave me.

24hr or more since the issue began. 18 hr since I started this thread.
No change. Still can't get past the loading screen.

Welp, I logged out earlier since I was going to be out of the house for a few hours, only to discover that I'm locked out again now. I logged out in a city, I wasn't disconnected, and it was fine earlier today.

I transfered data centers and hopped onto cactuar and was able to get in. This is clearly an issue with Primal.

DC'd last night with the 90002. Tried logging in throughout the day and finally managed to get in around 5PM. Logged for an hour and unable to back in once again. Been trying for an hour.

While I can play on other DC, I can't access my retainers. I won't be able to bid on a house in a few days if this doesn't get fixed.

I found an old thread about this problem. Apparently it took S/E 15 days to fix this problem for this person. He was diligent and kept a running report of what was being done and tried multiple things to remedy the problem. Ultimately, S/E did something on their end to fix this issue.
