I'm very sorry to hear about these crashes that you have been experiencing. It does appear you've also tried some troubleshooting on your end and are still experiencing this issue.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game client on a different storage drive? Often times, if it is not installed on your primary drive it could lead to issues. As it does appear you've gone ahead and updated your GPU drivers, another suggestion is to ensure you have the latest Windows OS updates (including optional updates as these are not automatically downloaded, you may have to manually set these up)
