After reviewing the troubleshooting that you have attempted, I would like to suggest adjusting your Internet Options. - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.

Once you have applied these settings, please RESTART your PC after and right-click the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Run as Administrator".

Additionally, are you currently using a VPN on your PC?

I have done all of that, but to no avail...
I have found a thread with the same issues I am having, but I don't know if there is any solutions for it...

And no, I am not using any VPN.
