"A connection error has occurred. Please try again later." ?

I'm having a launcher issue right now. When I open it, it says "A connection error has occurred. Please try again later." instead of loading the frames with the news and the login prompt.

I do not know if it's a problem on SE's end, my ISP, or even if it's just me. I logged in earlier this evening and everything was fine, and all of a sudden I can't even get to the prompt... If anyone is able to know how to fix this, please let me know asap.

    ===Things I have done===
    Reset the DNS
    Disabled Windows Firewall
Reset the modem and router multiple times
Attempted to connect on a wired connection
Consulted my ISP, they say it's a problem on SE's end

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you are currently experiencing connection issues with the game's launcher. After reviewing the troubleshooting that you have attempted, I would like to suggest adjusting your Internet Options. If you haven't yet, I would recommend adjusting the following settings in the 'Internet Options' of the Control Panel:

    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
    - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.

Once you have applied these settings, please RESTART your PC after and right-click the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Run as Administrator".

Additionally, are you currently using a VPN on your PC?

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you resolve this issue!

I have done all of that, but to no avail...
I have found a thread with the same issues I am having, but I don't know if there is any solutions for it...

And no, I am not using any VPN.

The problem has been resolved, it was actually Spectrum affecting my entire town, not just me. My gym's wifi couldn't even load the lodestone, but everything is good now. ^^
