First, thank you for the quick response! I am grateful for any assistance at this point.

However, yes - I have tried all of what you listed. Her original PC was a bit out of date, and not designed for much more than the Sims. When we installed the game on that PC, I was struggling to understand why she was struggling to move SO MUCH. I was standing next to her in game and I assumed the issue was lag, or frame rate related. That's why I decided to buy her a new gaming PC. When we installed the game on her new laptop, the movement issue has persisted. I carried none of her settings over, ensured all her drivers were up to date. Removed a bunch of bloatware - typical Bestbuy PC stuff. As far as I can tell, this issue is related to the game. I am still trying a few more options, but please, if you have any other ideas, hit me!
