Not able to move using WASD

Hi I have been playing and enjoying the game for a few years but yesterday after coming back to play after the release of SHB I logged in and immediately noticed an annoying bug that I have never encountered before. Whenever I try to move by holding down the WASD keys my characters begins stuttering uncontrollably and is unable to move in in that direction unless i move using other keys. Movement works perfectly using autorun or the mouse and even with keyboard after moving the character in a couple directions and getting them out of the initial stutter. When I hold down the wasd key or q or e the character moves as if I was rapidly tapping that key over and over but just doesnt move forward. Is there any fix for this issue as it has been bringing down my enjoyment of the game? Thanks for any help.

Just a little more context. I have a Ducky shine 2 mechanical keyboard. I have been using that to play the game whenever I play since late 2014 and it has always worked perfectly. I played earlier this year a lot during January and February and it was still working. Nothing in my setup has changed since then.

This may sound strange but do you have a second keyboard you can use to test? Even mechanical keyboards can wear out over time, and a keyboard from 2014 might start seeing that kind of wear and tear.

Also, might want to pop off the WASD keys and make sure there's not debris underneath getting in the way.

I will look but I'm pretty sure that it is not a problem with those keys because the issue happens no matter what key I keybind movement to. Seems to be a problem with the game and not my keyboard. I heard someone say that it could be caused by a corrupted file. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but that did not fix the issue.

Do you happen to have a controller plugged in? Might be worth trying to unplug that.
I've once had a similar issue many moons ago with a dodgy 360 controller plugged in.

Wow I'm an idiot thanks for the help guys It had nothing to do with any of this it was just a special setting on my keyboard from the f2 key being pressed down.
