Various grammatical errors with crafter actions

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

Class/Level: All crafter jobs

Steps:
1. Load the action list or hover over a hotbar-placed action
2. For the following actions, there are incorrect spaces at the starts of random description lines after the first line that aren’t present in correctly written actions; this list was made looking at Alchemist, but similar issues exist for the other crafter jobs as well:
- Basic Touch
- Standard Touch
- Prudent Touch
- Focused Touch
- Delicate Synthesis
- Advanced Touch

Again, this applies to more jobs than just Alchemist; the English descriptions have grammatical errors that have been present since the launch of Endwalker. Thank you for addressing these and reading my forum post.
