For most subscription services they have a quick questionnaire when you unsub to get feedback on why you're unsubbing - does anyone know if that's the case for FFXIV's subscription?

Nope, I unsubbed for a while after 6.1 Live Letter until the Ultimate was released, I think there was a multiple choice question but none of the possible answers had anything remotely close to being unsatisfied with game direction or anything like that
