As in you can play with the changes and have done so, and your muscle memory refuses to let you go back because you've already become accustomed to the butchered job. That is an actual argument people use against going back to 6.08. (And it's a horrible one)Depends what you mean by 'used to it'.
I can perform just fine with the changes, they aren't too drastic to where it's effecting my ability to play correctly.
It's still soulless and dull, and I hate the Tenka gonken and Iaijutsu change MORE as time goes on. I don't feel like I'm doing much anymore.
Yeah no, it feels terrible still and I have been on and off my SAM alt because I don't want to inflate the numbers and contribute to a false indication that 'see? people are still playing the job, that means it's fine' or some other stupid metric the devs might use to excuse away their blunder.
People use this as an argument? What about the people who muscle memoried the old skills? By that logic you can never change anything
The flaw with that argument is that no one can possibly adjust to the new "kit" at all ever. Because muscle memory is so used to having Kaiten that you cannot press anything and you just constantly let Kenki overlow. So I guess they are supporting going back to 6.08 SAM?
Also it is hilarious that Yoshida thought throwing in meaningless terms like "weave bloat" will sway us when things like DRK exist untouched. Almost like the "devs" think most of us are as lobotomized as they wish we are.
