FML. Maybe my first piece of feedback should've been "Make the structure of the feedback forums less obtuse".You've posted this in the Localization forum, which is a place for textual errors, awkward translations, and other linguistic issues. You want the Items forum or the General forum.

Lots of people do make the mistake of starting "feedback" threads in the localization forum, but I think the bigger problem is the name of the localization forum. Even if the the forums were reorganized so that Localization would not be a subforum of Feedback, or Feedback contained more subforums, it wouldn't fix the problem: "Localization" is the appropriate name for it, but unfortunately not everyone understands what "localization" means, and most people can't be bothered to read the sticky posts in each forum that tell you what the forum is for. Ultimately the only thing I can think of that would really help would be to embed the description of each forum's purpose above the thread list so that people don't have to view the sticky to read about the forum's purpose.

Alas, it's not just the name of the localisation forum that's an issue. There seems to be a wider problem with users not being sent to the right place for their feedback when they're sign-posted here from other platforms. This was certainly true in my case in my case.
I was sign-posted to the forums from a short-URL in a support ticket that sent me to the Website/Companion App Feedback & Suggestions sub-forum. It was only after posting that I realised it was the wrong place, but the sticky in that sub-forum goes on to state:
"With feedback and suggestions on localization and other English-related issues, please submit them by creating a post on the sub-forum “Localization” under the “FEEDBACK” section."
This signposts users elsewhere, but still isn't a complete or correct set of instructions. You only have to take a brief look at that Website Feedback area to realise it's a mess of people posting non-website feedback , but if the same thing happened them as happened to me, then of course that's going to happen.
Honestly, I don't even blame users for not reading the sticky threads. If you're given a URL by a member of the Support Team, it's entirely reasonable to think that they've given you the correct URL. You shouldn't have to second guess that when you're changing platform to something you wouldn't ordinarily use.
