I see your FF14 install is on your W drive.
FF14 is known to sometimes act up when installed on the non-OS drive in rare cases.
I'm not saying this is the root of your issue, but it appears you have room on your C drive, so try installing the game there.

Also, you are running a Gen 2 iCore CPU (i7-2600K) under Windows 10. This is a line of Intel CPUs that Windows 10 64bit is loosing support for:

You may want to consider a system upgrade.

Thank you for your comments! I know I'm overdue for a system upgrade, but still hoping to keep going a bit longer with that CPU (I haven't had any trouble with older games like WoW, Guild Wars 2, SWTOR, Diablo 3). I'll try to do a reinstall of the FFXIV game onto my C: Drive, maybe that will help out. Once again thanks for the kind advice. :-)

I have re-installed my FFXIV game onto my Windows 10 OS drive (C: drive) as suggested. The game ran for a while, but then crashed again. Since then it's crashed another several times, pretty much randomly: while I'm reviewing my retainers' completed ventures, when I'm having my equipment mended, just standing out in the middle of nowhere with no other player around me, while watching a cutscene, etc., etc.

In view of several other threads I find on this forum:

    https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...n-t-make-sense.

    https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...ash-repeatedly

    https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...irectx11-error

..and more than I won't link to here, this is a far from isolated problem, and which has gone on for a long while. Please, Square Enix, give us a solution for this. It's not our rigs or what we do, its the game itself. Make it so it works. The story is great and the gameplay is fantastic, we love your game, just fix this DirectX11 issue. Switching to DX9 doesn't solve the problem either, I've tried it multiple times with the same results.

I totally agree with this post !!! I've spent many hours trying to fix this. This issue started for me after Endwalker installation. I love this game and really would like to play again.
