Directx11 error

Hello everyone, I have the exact same issue as well, since after the Endwalker launch.
The main diffrerence from the opening post is that I have the DX 11 error right after logging in through the game's launcher.
I can say however that I've noticed a few patterns which might be helpful in finding the cause:

1) if I reset the game's system configuration, FF XIV starts windowed without issues; the issues begin whether I switch back to borderless window fullscreen or native fullscreen;
2) the issue usually presents itself after a Windows 10 "hybrid boot" (as you certainly know, Windows 10 by default doesn't reboot fully at each computer startup unless you explicitly reboot). If I do an actual full reboot, the problem disappear at least for some time.
3) it seems that the problem resurfaces whenever in the next playing session after I change graphics settings in the game, things like resolution and/or whether it's native fullscreen, borderless window fullscreen or windowed mode.
