I thought this was going to work, as it fixed the issue on Thursday. However, I confirmed everything was off and the issue occurred again yesterday and twice again today.

The only thing I wasn't sure about - I couldn't find the advanced sound settings you described. Could you elaborate on where that is? Is it in game or in the windows settings?
