I've read about this on the Japanese forums, but as a Japanese person, I'm not really interested in the topic.

I believe that the shortage of land is the same on every server, and if you really want to build something, you go to an underpopulated server and build it.

So I don't think it's any surprise that there are FC houses and private homes for the purpose of moving, and I don't think that's the cause of the chronic land shortage.

If you're talking about a simple land shortage, I think the problem is the act of one person using multiple accounts to buy large amounts of land.
It's not illegal at all because they are paying for it, but it's a nuisance for people who want land.

In conclusion, as long as there is no illegality and there is a rule of first come, first served on all servers, I think it is nonsense to think that buying land for a small group of FCs or for moving is a problem.

Except Yoshi-P (and SE) has pointed out numerous times that what they are doing is counter to what is intended with the housing system - especially the sale and transfer of houses.

The data also shows that there is not an insignificant number of players that basically making a vulgar expression of greed by tying up multiple houses through FCs on a single account through the creative uses of FCs.
