Reopening FFXIV Error (17)

My original thread

So I took a break because this was a really frustrating error to deal with and came back hoping the patches fixed it. Nope.

To recap: Task manager is everything disabled, Graphics drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled, local files folder has been deleted and the game uninstalled followed by a complete reinstall, DX9 was activated and DX11 was disabled, nothing is plugged into the USBs, overheating is nowhere close to an issue.

To clarify: The only thing that is crashing is the Seat of Sacrifice (It is not a driver error I am receiving). Every other accessible raid, dungeon, and trial works perfectly fine.

I just want to finish the questline, catch up, and play with my friends, but I literally cannot progress because this is now a 5 month long issue.

Are you able to try and delete the locally saved content? (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
2) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
4) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

Nothing has changed since the patch initially was released. Steps 1-4 have also been tested throughout the week to no avail. (Everythings disabled, no mods, optimization is off.)

I would also like to add that I recently uninstalled and reinstalled all of my graphics card drivers, as well as attempted DX9 instead of DX11, and attempted another uninstall (with the folders completely removed) and reinstall.

We apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. Could you try using a registry cleaner such as CC cleaner? It will run and remove files that may have been left behind by installation another activity on the PC. To so, please remove the game and then restart the PC. Run the registry cleaner and then restart the computer. Once the computer has been reset please reinstall the game again. After reinstalling the game, please restart the PC once more. Once the PC has been reset, please launch the game.
