    Absurd and unacceptable slow download speed

    New computer forces reinstallation of FFXIV - 2mbs! Several hours later 20% download, another 7 hours remaining - not good enough! I have been searching for a solution and find I am reading reports of this problem going back 10 years at similar speed!

    I have found this post https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...ptionally-Slow. Windows 10 is using new edge browser maybe an update on those instructions would be a good thing.

    Done everything I can to follow them including trying to speak to a human being at my isp total nightmare, wanted to ask them about the ports - but why would this even be an issue when Our internet works magically at around 60gbps for everything else. Its about time S.E. did something to sort this problem out. To say its frustrating is such an understatement.

    I would be pleased if you can help me resolve this PDQ before my plants in the garden turn purple!

    ps: why does my avatar on here not show I am a Level 80! Level 50 indeed hurumph! lol
