I have the same video card and so do 2 of my friends and we have had the same problem since a few days ago, i have tried doing everything from uninstalling my drivers and game and reinstalling but the problem keeps reoccurring

My game crashes randomly without error messages. I have tried everything, documenting that here.

I've only had issues for a month, and it's off and on. Can go several says or more with no problem, and it seems to show up randomly during Front Line matches. Just going along and Fatal DirectX Error: 11000002. Not a problem when launching the game as some experience, and no issues so far (fingers crossed) outside of Front Lines.

me too. went from dx11 crashes to just crash to desktop without any error messages. Been happening to me since HW!!! It got better during SB and early ShB, but started up again after 5.2.

What makes you say that? I have noticed that Ryzen is commonly found in these related system reports, but it's Intel's main competitor, which is also found in the system reports. AMD Ryzen might be an even more popular processor than Intel this year, so it should be normal to see that processor in these system reports. It's happening to both brands.

I finally got this issue after upgrading my nvidia drivers.
So I rolled them back and was able to log in fine.

Not entirely sure if this is the cause of everyones issues. But I'm on 441.87, with the driver revision I tried was 445.87.
So perhaps manually installing or rolling back to 441.87 may help the nvidia users out there.

I had this issue on my laptop (I7, GTX1070 etc etc), always happened in the same spot while gathering (During SB). Got into digging and it was suggested on Reddit that corrupt texture files could be to blame. I initially reinstalled from an old launcher .exe I had, issue was still present. I then wiped EVERY TRACE OF XIV from that system. Downloaded a new installer (bitch to find, no less) and started from scratch. I re used nothing, no character folders, macros, nothing. Fixed. This isn't a suggested fix, it's confirming it's on SE's end, at least in my case. I didn't update or roll back any drivers or do anything to my Windows install, I mean, I did initially but nothing helped. This is SE's issue it's not our systems.

i don't have this issue and i have all the latest drivers for my Nvidia GTX 980 and the latest Direct X updates :/ i feel sorry for all those who do and can only really suggest them checking they have all the latest drivers (unless upgrading the drivers caused the issue)
