I do respect fair use and have no obligation to respect greedy and unfair players.
Considering that this is incredibly subjective, you have indeed targeted many housing owners unjustly. Your suggestions are good, but your mentality is not. The problem is that there is not enough houses to meet demand, not that some players are "greedy". If I purchase an item, it is mine to do what I want with it, housing already has restrictions, and a player will lose their house if they don't use it. If a player is indeed doing what you say then they have wasted millions of gil, and need to maintain the greed to circumvent the housing timer, in which case they must be invested in the house, albeit not in the way that you want.

You know there are many people out there that would turn around to you and tell you that you are denying an FC of a mansion if you buy it as an individual right? Why would you be so selfish and greedy as to claim such a big spot just for a single person when an entire FC could make use of that space? Do you see the kind of rabbithole we fall into when you start judging how people should use houses?

The current dormitory districts are just plain boring. And to think they are wasting money and servers ressources for that is just disappointing.

Since ARR I hope and expect something better, they are able to do so much better and for everyone.
I didn't even mention what you hope for the game, I was talking about where you see the problem to be, as you'll see on the previous page, my solution to the problem is very similar to yours, I however recognise that the problem is to do with how few houses there are, not that the fault is with anyone who owns a house.
