SCH need buffs

I'd say make it 80 potency so it pays back a ruin2 weave - also making AF heals cost 160 instead of 230 which is much more reasonable.

It still cost 2 times dps loss higher than WHM lily.
WHM lily is 75 dps loss (3 gcd lily + 1 gcd misery for 900 potency).
I think its better to make ED deal no damage which make dps loss from AF heal to 80 potency.
